Volunteer Youth Baseball & Softball Coaches Needed

The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department is looking for responsible adults interested in volunteering their time to coach in the following leagues during the upcoming Fall Youth Baseball and Softball season: 6-7-year-old boys and girls; 8-9-year-old boys; 8-9-year-old girls and 10-11 year-old boys.

Team practices will begin later this month and games will be played primarily on weeknights and Saturdays from September through October.

The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department’s Fall Youth Baseball and Softball Leagues are designed to teach fair play and sportsmanship, develop fundamental baseball and softball skills, and promote a fun and healthy lifestyle.
