Bobby Murray Chevrolet – Wake Forest Development and Planning Update

Bobby Murray Chevrolet Wake Forest

The Wake Forest Planning Board approved the development of Bobby Murray Chevrolet Wake Forest. More information on the project can be found here, here, and here.

The Wake Forest Planning Board approved the project with the following conditions:

  • No use of an outdoor public address system.
  • Closed bays for Service Area A.
  • No service checks or test drives using the streets within the Shearon Farms Subdivision.
  • Meadstone Way connection shall not be opened until the street has been accepted by the Town of Wake Forest for maintenance.

The project passed by a vote of 6-2.

For those of us who have GM vehicles, at least there will be a closer Chevy dealer for service.
