Rhode-Help is Coming

Pam Rhode has been an artist for the majority of her life, and she thoroughly enjoys creating through various media. It was her love for art journaling that landed her at The Cotton Company just a few short years ago, where she started with a small wall space and progressed to owning half of a studio, then later to owning a full studio. She decided to focus on selling prints at first, her two most successful prints being “Help’s Coming” and “Autumn Tree”. She then expanded into selling original pieces and most recently worked on a couple of encaustics.

Pam not only has a love for art; she also has a love for rescuing dogs. One hundred percent of her profits from the sales of her artwork go towards her organization called Pilot.dog, which provides medical treatment for rescue dogs and the travel expenses to take the pups to where they can receive the tender love and care they so desperately need.

The Cotton Company will host a special artist reception for resident artist Pam Rhode as a part of the town’s first Friday Night on White on April 8th from 6pm-9pm. Enjoy free samples of our house wines and light refreshments as we celebrate the accomplishments of Pam Rhode. Pam will also be doing a live demo during her artist’s reception. April will be Pam’s last full month as an artist at The Cotton Company as she departs to pursue Pilot.dog on a more full-time basis. Pam’s exhibit will hang in the gallery from April 4th through May 8th and all pieces will be available for purchase.
