Unlucky Woman Arrested Stealing Tampons – Wake Forest Police Blotter

Summary

This report covers the action in Town from 1-24-2014 to 2-3-2014. We’ve been remiss in covering the police blotter. So let’s hit the highlights.

A man with a really long neck was busted for breaking and entering.

An arrest was made of a woman from Zebulon who was caught shoplifting tampons, menstrual pads, and deodorant from Walmart. Have you heard this one; you know what the difference is between a woman on her period and a terrorist? You can negotiate with a terrorist.

Cops rolled up on a big party and busted a bunch of underage dudes for drinking. Just a couple of females were busted as well. From the ratio it looks like it wasn’t ladies night.

One sad Wake Forest resident had their home broken into and had three iPods and an iPad mini stolen. Apple thieves suck. Once you go Mac you never go back.

Weed, weed, weed, booze, booze, booze, some shoplifting, a simple assault or two and a bust for intent to kill. Except for that last one it was kind of a typical week.

Overall it looked like the thefts at Walmart slowed down during this time and we finally had one reported at Target. Either shoplifters prefer Walmart or store security at Target really sucks. We rarely see arrests for shoplifting at Target.
