Do Not Do Acid Before Seeing Three by the Sea at Forest Moon Theater

The Town of Wake Forest just sent out the press release below about the upcoming production of ‘Three by the Sea’ by the good peeps at the Forest Moon Theater.

Just occurred to me that many years ago I mooned someone in the forest. I think they stole my name.

Anywho, the production is billed as “three unlikely friends – a dog, a cat and a mouse – who live together contentedly in a cottage by the sea. One day the winds of change blow through town stirring up trouble when three mysterious gifts appear. Soon the three friends are fighting non-stop. Will their friendship be able to weather the storm?”

It sounds like the production will be super trippy. Leave the magic mushrooms at home for this one but it sounds like a fun production.

Press Release

Forest Moon Theater will present ‘The Winds of Change’ at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre on Wednesday, April 23, at 11 a.m.

Talented and energetic, Forest Moon Theater’s acting trio of Beth Martin, Jennifer Schulz and Mitzi Bissette create original and innovative children’s plays using literature, improvisation and pure interactive fun where children are cast right out of the audience into the show! No two shows are ever the same and adults have as much fun as the kids.

These shows are geared to young children ages 3-7. Tickets are $5 (plus tax) per person and can be purchased in advance online or at the Parks and Recreation window in the lobby of the Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St. On the day of the event, tickets may also be purchased at the door.

The April 23 program is the second in a series of performances at the Renaissance Centre featuring Forest Moon Theater. Future shows are scheduled on May 28 and June 25.

The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre is at 405 S. Brooks St. in the heart of downtown Wake Forest.

If that’s the heart of downtown then I live somewhere near the lower intestine.
