Reports out of Georgia state two of the people involved in the screwed-up kidnapping our local Wake Forest resident Frank Janssen.

The Telegraph is reporting that in a slaying of a man by four at a Murphy Oil gas station in Warner Robins, Georgia, two were involved in the Wake Forest kidnapping.

Below is a report from just after the January shooting.

Clifton James Roberts, 29, and Michael Montreal Gooden, 22 are the two who were allegedly involved in the suspected carjacking that resulted in the death of 32-year-old Monnie Joseph Brabham, IV.

Roberts and Gooden are already in custody for the Wake Forest Kidnapping that The Telegraph describes by saying, “Roberts and Gooden are be held elsewhere in connection with an unrelated kidnapping of a Wake Forest man by mistake April 5, according to the federal indictment.

The man’s daughter, an assistant district attorney, was the intended target but those accused of the kidnapping went to her father’s home by mistake, according to the indictment.

The daughter prosecuted a high-ranking member of another street gang, the Bloods. The FBI rescued her father a few days later from an Atlanta apartment where he was being held.”
