The Pate Realty Group officially opened its doors on July 12th, 2017 in Downtown Wake Forest on White Street. We were pleased to have been joined by a group of over 40 people for the ribbon cutting event. We would like to introduce you to the newest member of the Pate Realty Group, Shelby Joy Burnette! Shelby is the daughter of our buyers agent, Donna and her husband Ray. She was only two weeks old when she came by our big grand opening. Congrats to Donna and Ray!
