Recently Wake Forest firefighters came to the rescue of a driver in need.
The driver of this vehicle was trapped when her vehicle rolled and landed in a ditch on Capital Blvd just south of Harris Rd. Engine #4 and Ladder #1 arrived and stabilized the vehicle before cutting the roof off to free the patient. The patient was removed just over ten minutes after crews arrived and was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
