Wake Forest Downtown, Inc. will host the 2018 Wake Forest Charity Car Show this Saturday, June 16, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Produced for the benefit of several area charities, this free, family-friendly event will take place along South White Street in historic downtown Wake Forest.

Presented by grand sponsor Auction Direct USA, the exhibit will showcase vehicles of all makes and models, including muscle cars, sports cars, pony cars, classic and antique autos, street rods and trucks. The car show will also feature a ‘Take-Apart-T’ Model T assembly demonstration at 12:30 p.m., Drunk Driving Simulator, and the Wake Forest Fire Department’s fire truck and drone demonstration.

Attendees can also purchase raffle tickets to win a gift certificate for a new set of tires valued up to $800 courtesy of Ronnie White’s Towing and Tire (includes mounting, balance and disposal fees). Tickets are $5 each or five for $20 and will be available at the Wake Forest Downtown tent throughout the day. You need not be present to win.

Admission to the car show is free and open to the public.

Anyone wishing to enter a vehicle in the car show may register on the day of the event anytime from 8-11 a.m. The intersection of South White Street and Elm Avenue will serve as the vehicle entry area. The registration cost is $20 per vehicle, judged or displayed.
