Susan Jean Reitfort, 73 died Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Hillside Nursing and Rehab in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
She was born on June 16, 1945 in Pennsylvania and lived in Vestal, New York until she moved to Raleigh in 1965. She lived with her parents at their lakeside home at Lake Gaston until 2009.
No plans have been made for a memorial service at this time.
Ms. Reitfort is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, David Henry and Connie Leigh Reitfort of Raleigh and a granddaughter, Laurel Leigh Baysal, husband Ahmet Hasan Baysal and great-granddaughter Alara Leigh Baysal of Kingsport, Tennessee.
Ms. Reitfort is preceded in death by her father, Henry Anthony Reitfort and Mother, Gertrude Dorothy Reitfort
