December saw 23 single-family, 12 townhouse homes added
There was a new high of 882 homes permitted by the Town of Wake Forest’s Inspections Department during 2019 – 546 single-family houses, 188 apartment units, 145 townhouses and three mobile homes, all unofficial numbers.
