Suburban’s Rolesville, NC location is a thriving and fast-paced market, driven by dynamic leadership and fluid teamwork. Our Customer Account Administrators handle detailed administrative and operational procedures and collaborate with other Customer Service Center (CSC) staff to ensure excellent customer service and retention, and promote new customer acquisition. They are responsible individuals with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking.

As a customer service professional, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Suburban products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service. Forecast and maintain routes to maximize manpower, tank and vehicle utilization and ensure delivery efficiencies. Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Collections functions. Plan and schedule daily service work to maximize billable time and meet productivity goals. Assisting with various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, maintaining customer account records, and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Assist with fleet management in coordinating preventative vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure reliability and availability of fleet.
Successful members of our team also possess the following qualifications: A High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and data entry/typing skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
