The Select Group’s top client in the Telecommunications industry is looking to bring on a NOC Manager. This person will have multiple supervisors & technical leads reporting into them and will be overseeing a 24/7 NOC environment.

NOC Manager Top Skills:
Demonstrated skills in managing and leading a team of technical employees ~15 people working 24/7 shifts

Conceptual understanding of voice and data network and their interaction with Contact Center platforms

Handle customer communication for outages, escalations and chronic customer issues

Supervise real-time troubleshooting of platform outages for all Contact Center products

Performance issues – monitors performance and work product for Tiers 1-3 Leads and Technicians.

Supervise efforts to improve provisioning cycle time and reduce provisioning errors for Contact Center products

NOC Manager Bonus Skills:
Cisco networking experience
