Bruce Lowell Jenkins, Jr. passed away on December 3, 2020. He was born to Bruce Lowell and Alice B Jenkins on July 28, 1959 in Raleigh, NC. He attended Millbrook High and went on to attend Duke University and then Yale, where he graduated with Honors with a B.A. in English, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
He is predeceased by his father Bruce L Jenkins Sr and is survived by his loving mother Alice B Jenkins, and many cousins. Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest is serving the family. In addition, the family requests that donations be made to Franklinton Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
A visitation will be held on December 7, 2020 from 12:30 to 1:00 PM at Bright Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service in the Bright Funeral Home chapel, 405 S. Main Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Face coverings and social distancing are greatly appreciated.
