Last July (2020) I paid a large fee to the timeshare exit team to get out of a timeshare I have not used in over 5 years.
I did not pay maintenance fees in 2020. I am now getting threatening letters from my timeshare and can’t get any information from this company as to what is being done with my timeshare.
I don’t think that Club QM even knows this company is involved with canceling my timeshare with them.
I do not owe anything to this timeshare other than maintenance fees which I told them when I signed up I did not plan to pay them.
What recourse do I have against this firm and Reed Hein law firm?
Consumer Action Taken:
I have sent emails and copies of letters to me from Club QM.
The last letter I sent them I received an email saying they were working on limited schedule and would get back to me in the order that emails received.
