Tribute
James Larry McMillen, 83 of Youngsville, passed away Monday, July 05, 2021. He was born May 5, 1938 in Scott County, KY to the late James and Christine Lancaster McMillen. Larry served his country in the United States Navy, and attended Richland Creek Community Church. He enjoyed being on his HAM Radio, flying model airplanes, being with his family and friends and spending time with his dog Paisley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Linda Glass.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 20 years, Annette Ponnock McMillen of the residence, his son Mark McMillen and wife Christine of Minnesota, his daughter, Leilani Yannone and husband Joe of New Jersey, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 PM-2:00PM Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Bright Funeral Home and cremation Center in Wake Forest.
