WAKE FOREST
Mr. Edmund Lawrence Singler, 89, of Wake Forest passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021. He was born in Medford, Oregon on May 14, 1932 to Rosetta Liebold and Valentine Augustus Singler. Edmund served his country in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Singler retired from the technology field where he worked for IBM for many years.
He is preceded in death by his sisters, Helen Cary and Marjorie Hollingshead.
Edmund is survived by his wife Dolores Ethel (Turk) Singler; sons Mitchell, Craig, Jeffery, Kendal Singler; sister Karen Rodgers; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. His service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, July 28th at St. Catherine of Siena Church followed by burial at Wake Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5 to 7pm in the Bright Funeral Home.
