Scott Richards, 61, of Raleigh passed away Monday, November 22, 2021. He was born October 18, 1960 in Caldwell County, NC. His mother, Anna Boone Richards, preceded him in death.
The service will be private.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia C. Richards, two sons, Ryan D. Richards and Chase C. Richards and wife Ruth Anna, his father, Carl E. Richards, a brother, Jeffrey Richards and a sister, Nora Coffey.
