William Otis Cogar, Jr., 65, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021.
William was a hard-working man who loved his car and motorcycle and was always working on his relationship with God.
William is preceded in death by his father William Otis Cogar, Sr. and his step-father Herbert Kingston.
He is survived by his wife Joy Cogar; son Matthew (Aleesa) Cogar; daughter Rebecca Cogar; granddaughter Addicyn Cogar; mother Shirley Kingston; two brothers: Carl and Allen Cogar; his half-sister Roseanne Outland and family.
