Clarence P. Jones age 69, of Knightdale died after a battle with Covid -19 on Saturday, January 22, 2022. Mr. Jones was born in Wake County on October 10, 1952 to Clarence Puryear and Libby (Bridges) Jones. Clarence was educated in the Wake County School system and had been employed in the Electric Motor Repair field for many years.
He was preceded in death by his father Clarence P. Jones who died in 2020. He leaves behind his mother Libby (Bridges) Jones of Knightdale, daughters Holly Fanton of Norfolk, VA and Sara Low of Monroe, WA; brothers Wesley Jones and wife Robin, Doug Jones and Wife Erin of Knightdale. Grandson Sabastian Fanton of Norfolk, VA.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening January 25, 2022 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center 405 S. Main street, Wake Forest.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday afternoon January 26, 2022 at the Wake Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in Raleigh, NC with Rev. Mark Pruitt officiating.
