The traffic signal on the corner of Elm and Main is malfunctioning. It stays green for traffic on main for a very long time with the walk signal on. Eventually it changes to don’t walk and shows about 7 seconds left, then it changes to the walk signal again. I have noted this the last 3 days at 7:30 AM.
