This is the property located at 992 JonesWynd, Wake Forest which backs up to our property. The view of our back yard includes a view of the trash/ junk and various scattered debris in the back yard of the property. I originally submitted a request in January 2022. An inspection was made and a letter was supposedly sent to the property owner. Since then, it appears that there is more waste piling up to include possible furniture and center blocks. I have attached a photo of the current situation and can provide photos from my original submission that show there has been no improvement and likely worsening of the amount of junk/trash pile up if needed. This issue has not been resolved and actually appears to have worsened.
