Is It a Lost Cause to Get My Money Back From Litigation Practice Group?

Dear Steve,

I signed up with Litigation Practice Group, formally Coast Processing group. They claim they are a debt-fixing company.

I am unfortunately looking into this two years too late. The company stated they could get rid of my debt by having it written off.

I have one month left to pay, nothing has been done, and I’m still getting calls from collection companies.

Stupid Question now but is it hopeless for me to get any money back from this company, or is it a lost cause.

Dear Paul,

If we filter away all the other issues about the company’s promises or performance, it seems we are left with a customer service issue.

As a customer of any company, you should feel welcome to ask all your questions and get satisfactory answers so you can make informed decisions. Once the company responds, you can better understand where things stand and if you are satisfied.

Like you, I would be concerned it feels as if no progress has been made.

Previously I wrote “How to Try to Get a Refund From a Debt Relief Company” as a practical guide to escalate issues.

You will find the approach is logical and gives the company a chance to respond to help resolve your concerns. Of course, you can always escalate the matter if LPG or any company does not work to resolve your problems. But let’s not start there.

There is no need to start with aggression and anger if what you want are the services you hired them for and their cooperation. Let’s start by aiming to negotiate a solution and track down answers from LPG.

If you follow my customer service resolution guide, please return and post an update in the comments section to let me know how it went.

You are not alone. I’m here to help. There is no need to suffer in silence. We can get through this. Tomorrow can be better than today. Don’t give up.
