The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department is partnering with Camp Gladiator to launch its first Camp Gladiator (CG) evening session on Tuesday, May 26, at 6:15 p.m. at Flaherty Park, 1226 N. White St.
The on-going four-week program will be held at Flaherty Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting at 6:15 p.m.
Created by American Gladiator Grand Champion Ally Davidson, Camp Gladiator has become the fastest growing and most dynamic fitness program in the nation. According to its website at http://campgladiator.com/ , Camp Gladiator is a four-week adult fitness boot camp that promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more.
Camp Gladiator is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina and – most importantly – deliver results.
Due to the successful launch of a 5:15 a.m. Camp Gladiator morning session on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Brooks Street Bowl, 405 S. Brooks St., Wake Forest set nationwide records for the fastest location growth and fitness results.
