Families come out for Lucky Strike Tower lighting

Retired Fayetteville officer killed in hit and run

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A retired Fayetteville police officer has been killed in by a hit and run driver. The Fayetteville Observer reported (http://bit.ly/1NLICLc ) that 55-year-old retired Sgt. Crews battle barn fire in Fuquay-Varina

Bad Gas at McDonald’s Creates Unintended Evacuation

A carbon dioxide tank that controls the soft drink machines at McDonald’s on Durham Rd began leaking sending Engines #4, #1, #2, and Ladder #1 to the restaurant in the middle of the night.
