This morning at about 11 AM a call went out for Raleigh Fire Department Engine 22 to respond to the Sheetz on Thornton Road, near where we had the overturned cement truck yesterday. This afternoon a cement truck managed to overturn on Capital Blvd. It heavily snarled traffic in both directions and commuters were surely swearing up a storm. The driver was reported to be in good shape.
