Kip Padgett Named New Wake Forest Town Manager

The Wake Forest Board of Commissioners on Tuesday evening unanimously appointed Kip Padgett as Wake Forest’s new town manager. Padgett, who has been the city manager in Gainesville, Ga., since 2009, will succeed Mark Williams who retired in April. He is expected to begin working in Wake Forest on Monday, July 6.
